Very rude we didnt get any information about our flight during the 5 hour wait all we had to do was look at thw screen but there was no one around to help us. Second, whem the flight arrived no one apologized to us about the delay. That is very unacceptable from the company. We couldn't even get food at the airport because everything was already closed. On the airplane we had to pay for our drinks after all this wait you still ask the passangers for more money. Thats a rip off!!! Its sad to see that the company didnt care about the personal schedule of the passengers. I had appointment i had to get to and instead i was waiting for my flight with no information at the airport. Sad no one told us anything and we had to look for information our selfs. A few days later i received an email with a 20€ discount. After this incident its mot worth flying with your company any more. Cause now we have to spend more money to receive a discount for your mistake and fault. EU regulation 261/204 states that a.€250 compensation is applicable to each passenger for flight delayed within the EU for more than.3 hours and less than 1500 km. And we had to wait 5 hours. Its bad enough how the company and staff acted like nothing happened. Instead of arriving 20:50 i arrived at 2 am. Because of your delay i had to take a taxi instead of a bus ( which is more expensive ). So im hoping to hear from you soon, cause im in my very rights to get my compensation instead ofan unfair 20€ discount that we automatically receive after booking a ticket so this offer is not smart. I suggest the company takes responsible for its actions. Ps: I have seen a lot of complaints towards the company and its not a good few. Ill be waiting for your reply. Best regards,
